Have you noticed that some of your best ideas have come when you step away from your desk, your phone, your to-do list? We all have creative energy within us - the kind of energy that can help us live well at home, at work, and in our own skin - but it gets trapped when we go through the world as fast as we do, performing, feeling the pressure to make something "good." During this online gathering, we will provide space and prompts for you to doodle. Just doodle. No grading, no end goal, no judgement. We'll see what happens, what comes forward. And even if you leave without your most brilliant idea or a doodle you throw straight in the trash, you will have spent an hour of your life in good company, smiling, wandering, and being present for yourself.
