LEADING WITH

(not perfection)

presence

spring semester focus: lead what lasts.

Leading with Presence is a remote, synchronous cohort experience. In seven focused 2-hour sessions over three months, participants will step beyond individual leadership habits to explore the systems, structures, and relationships that shape organizational life. You’ll learn to see the bigger picture, navigate change with clarity, and build practices that strengthen teams and improve how work gets done.

We’re intentional about how we form each group — matching participants by experience, scope of responsibility, and learning goals — so that conversations move past day-to-day management challenges and into the deeper questions of organizational leadership.

You’ll be learning alongside peers who are also leading through complexity and asking themselves: How do I help my organization grow, adapt, and thrive?

This isn’t a technical training or a checklist.

It’s a space to step back, make sense of the system you’re part of, and experiment with new ways of influencing culture, improving alignment, and leading what lasts.

"This experience has given me the opportunity to reflect, recognize, and reinforce my strengths in leadership while allowing me the chance to improve those areas where I face challenges. The balance of structure and interaction was a refreshing change to the workshop experience. Amanda and Kate present themselves as human beings; facilitators and participants learned from each other – that’s success!"
